Refund policy

Because each Carla Jade Designs piece is handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please contact us before sending anything back. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws. Alberta Consumer Bill of Rights
